ODL, Inc. (ODL), a leading building products supplier of decorative and clear door glass and entry treatments, has introduced Blink® Blinds + Glass, its new blinds-between-glass, insulated glass (IG) panel for windows.
Called TILT, this new treatment is available for single and double hung window openings from 12" to 80" in height, and 8" to 54" in width. Like the rest of the Blink line, it will be available in six colors: white, tan, sand, espresso, silver moon and slate gray.
"We're happy to be able to offer TILT as part of our expanding Blink line," says Roger Finch, national marketing manager for ODL's Retail & OEM Division. "We know that single and double hung windows are a significant portion of the market—some 40 percent—and we look forward to increasing Blink into this window segment. TILT will create possibilities for window manufacturers, remodelers and designers to integrate this product into even more design configurations, while still keeping safety and quality of product top of mind."
TILT is certified by the Parents for Window and Blind Safety, St. Louis, Missouri, a group that rates products that have been found to have greatly reduced the risk of injury to children or pets. Additionally, TILT can be used with certifiable doors to meet ENERGY STAR® criteria, and is available with Low-E and dual Low-E coatings.
TILT is slated to launch in late 2017. Each panel is assembled in America and comes with a 10-year full warranty.
